I've been eating simple food. Like nuts, fruit, vegetables, etc. And I'm eating gluten free to see if it'd help the colitis and it HAS so I'm sticking to it. Today for lunch I have a cup of yogurt, a carrot, a mango, and an apple. Should have added almonds and dried cherries but I forgot. Oh yeah, also a bun. It's plenty of food, I'm never hungry, I just eat stuff that isn't very good. Diet.
